Everybody has that one friend who seems to get up before sunrise, and you can’t help but wonder how they do it. For the longest time, I wished I could be a morning person too, but I always found myself hitting the snooze button and sleeping again. After that, I rushed through my mornings. It was a wake-up call for me to finally take action and transform my habits once and for all.
 
If you’re struggling to become a morning person, try these tips. They might help you transform your mornings from dizzy to revitalised.
 
It wasn’t easy, so I wanted to make changes in my morning routine and I did. That helped me become more of a morning person. And I am not talking about joining the “5 a.m. club.” I simply wanted to start my day with enough time to enjoy a healthy breakfast, work out, and get ready for work at a comfortable pace without making a rush in between.

So, what did I do to achieve this? First, I shifted my mindset and asked myself, “What am I going to gain from waking up earlier?” This helped me stay motivated and focused on things that matter in my life. The next day onwards, I transformed my bedroom into a sleep sanctuary, relaxing bath, and cooking healthy food. And, I made it a point to get a bed before midnight each night.
 
But, what is the real game-changer?
 
Adding some movement to my mornings. It feels so good after getting in a quick workout at the beginning of my day. And, I have also started sending positive energy out to my workplace and colleagues before I even get there. It may sound a bit woo, but it’s made a world of difference in my overall attitude towards mornings.
